Wednesdays in Lent: Penitential Psalms

We all have need for repentance during the season of Lent! Repenting is a common theme in both the Old and New Testaments. The Church recognizes seven Psalms of Lament – Psorry Psalms! – as Penitential Psalms, often prayed during Lent.

Join us for a look at these seven Psalms on the Wednesdays of Lent. We will meet in the church after the Noon Mass.

All are invited for this free program.

Kelly Munsee will lead the discussion. She has been leading Bible studies for over 34 years, calling herself “not the typical Catholic”! Gathering material from a variety of sources, she has a unique way of bringing Scripture to life with a light yet informative way.
