Some are saying that we are living in ‘precarious times’ wrought with fear and uncertainties. How can we remain steadfast in hope in order to actively participate in the change and transformation necessary to bring about the reign of God? How might reflecting on the Incarnation be a source of hope in our world today?

“. . .suffering produces endurance, endurance produces character, character produces hope, and hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured in our hearts. . .” Romans 5:3-5

This in-person retreat includes Eucharist and lunch.
Sr. Susan Schorsten, HM has served in various roles in her congregation as well as ministries in the Diocese of Charleston.
