Richard Sparks is a Paulist, Ethicist and Semi-Retired Priest currently living and serving in Vero Beach, Florida. He has a Ph.D. in Ethics from The Catholic University of America. He is a friend of the Rock Hill Oratory Center for Spirituality and has made several presentations in the past.
