Called to be Midwives, God-bearers, Disciples

Come away, bring a friend and spend a quiet day reflecting on how we are called today to be midwives, God-bearers, disciples, bringing to birth a new or renewed sense of God’s presence in our world. Our world, our earth is crying aloud for peace and justice. How might we respond as women of faith? Let us come together to explore the sacred spaces in our own lives to find the life-giving strengths, powers and possibilities within us as individuals, as friends, and as community.

This retreat program is being facilitated by Sr. Susan Schorsten, HM and Sr. Gay Rowzie, HM. Both have served in various offices in their congregation as well as ministries in the Diocese of Charleston.
