In recent visit to seminarian Charles Tupta at St. John XXIII National Seminary, Fr. Provost Fabio Refosco, CO, felt elevated in time, space and history. The seminary, founded in 1964, is located in Weston, just 30 minutes from Boston, MA. All the men studying in this particular seminary, are polite, mature, and deeply invested in increasing their knowledge and faith. And Charles is no different. According to Fr. Brian Kiely, Seminary Rector and President, Charles is “caring and deeply aware of those who are less privileged,” good qualities for religious life. Fr. Joseph Zwosta, Dean of Formation, describes Charles as “intellectually gifted”.
As good host, Charles took Fr. Fabio to incredible places in Boston. The Boston 360, the Gardner Museum and the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, a world class museum, just to mention a few. Well, in a restaurant, coffee shop, or in the library, there great were opportunities for good, smart, and uplifting conversations.
